This is a perfect way to support your Immune and Nervous Systems transitioning into Fall! INGREDIENTS : Ashwagandha root (Withania somnifera), Reishi mushroom (Ganoderma tsugae), Ginger (Zingiber officinale), Milky Oat tops (Avena sativa), Tulsi leaf & flower (Ocimum africanum), Damiana leaf (Turnera diffusa), Rose petals (Rosa damascena), Local Raw Honey & Spring Water SUGGESTED USE: Add 2 tsp. to a cup of tea, warm raw milk, or take by the spoonful everyday and soak in the grounded earth presence Please refrigerate

Fall brings with it the qualities of cold, dry, windy, rough and erratic that can leave us feeling irritated, anxious, ungrounded, bloated or dry. Milky Oats, Tulsi, Cinnamon, Mullein, Lemongrass and Skullcap soothes these qualities with warmth, moisture, deep nourishment and groundedness. INGREDIENTS : Milky Oat tops (Avena sativa), Cinnamon bark (Cinnamomum burmanni), Tulsi leaf & flower (Ocimum africanum), Mullein leaf (Verbascum thapsus), Skullcap leaf & flower (Scutellaria lateriflora) & Lemongrass (Cymbopogon flexuosus) SUGGESTED USE: 1 Tbsp. of herbs to 12 oz boiling water. Pour water over herbs and steep with lid on for 22-28 minutes to soothe the qualities of Fall with warmth, moisture, deep nourishment and groundedness.

Herbal Oil

Seasonal routine brings balance and resilience throughout the year. Self-oil massage calms your nervous system, awakens the tissues and grounds your energy by massaging your skin with warm, Gotu Kola infused Sesame Oil & inviting self love and care into your day. INGREDIENTS : Gotu Kola leaf (Centella asiatica) infused Sesame Oil SUGGESTED USE: Follow this beautiful ritual routine shared by Bliss Alchemy and bathe in the art of self- care massaged right into the nervous system. Follow the whole ritual or create a grounding routine before bed by massaging the Gotu kola oil onto your feet and ears How to Perform a self massage/ Abhyanga 1. Choose your infused herbal oil. 2. Heat up your herbal oil. Warm the oil in its container in a sink full of warm water or a large Pyrex measuring cup filled with warm water or at least oil in a very warm space. 3. Next apply oil to the entire body beginning with the neck and arms. Remember to do circular motions over the joints and long strokes on the limbs. 4. Clockwise circular strokes will be performed around the breast area and on the abdominal area. 5. Continue sequence to hips, buttocks, legs and ending on the feet. 6. Let the oil soak in for 13-22 minutes for maximum benefit. Be sure to stay out of drafts and in a warm space at this time. 7. Take a warm bath or shower. Use gentle soap, it is good if a little oil remains. 8. Repeat daily. 9. Once a week or once a moon cycle, incorporate your head into your massage ritual. Begin by applying a small amount of oil to the top of your head. Massage the top of the head in a clockwise manner with the center of your palm. Massage oil into the rest of your scalp and hair. Let the oil soak in for at least 22 minutes to overnight. Cover your head to keep warm. If leaving overnight, I’ll sleep with a thick towel on my pillow case or wrap my head, so I do not get my sheets oily. To wash hair, I will wash with shampoo, rinse and then wash with shampoo a second time. 10. Take your time, be gentle and soft with yourself and enjoy this grounding nervous system routine.

Throat Spray
